Green Square was established 30 years back in the year 1992.

We realized that unless there is a very strong and dedicated team to execute, most designs remain dreams. Here we took a conscious call to create our own dedicated teams to execute projects. Realizing the merit and success in this we took it ahead and extended our services to other designers making it easier for them to get more creative and focus their time on purely design rather than the general paraphernalia.

Over the years we have exactly understood the detailed needs of designers and the limitations of clients and learned to create harmony for all.

After completing architecture at the academy Mr. Sanjay Baikerikar worked with ABM and associates for a year. A lot was learned from Alfaz sir and Alankar sir. Then starting his own firm initially named lemongrass which was a design studio as a design studio, we realized that unless there is a very strong and dedicated team to execute, most designs remain a dream.

Approaching turnkey as an architect made a huge difference. The importance of design, details, and finishing over cutting corners and only making profits was the reason to get into turnkey.

His friend Sameep Padora director of SP+A asked him to assist him with a complicated project at phoenix (Kurla) which was successfully executed. From here started the journey of executing projects for other designers. With his complete knowledge of the work and his inborn management skills, he has raised the bar to the current levels.
